The highest authority of Ouhai Garment Association is the General Assembly, and the Council is the executive body of the General Assembly. The current president is Zhang Guangrong, Chairman of Wenzhou Leopard Head Garment Co., Ltd., and the core leadership team consists of Semir, Xue Ge, Piao Lei, Zhen It is composed of thirteen executive vice presidents of apparel companies such as Jin, Dia, Ugly Duck, Howardon, Disar, Seven Lines, Vegas, Yike Line, Elephant City, Aohua and other apparel companies. According to the needs of the work, the association will appoint 1 secretary general and 2 staff members. In order to strengthen the leadership of party building, the Ouhai District Committee decided to set up a party committee of the association in key industry associations, appointed Dong Guohua as the party secretary of the party committee, and set up a party branch under the party branch.

Over the years, the association has been under the strong leadership of the district party committee and district government, under the guidance of the Federation of Industry and Commerce, the Civil Affairs Bureau and other departments.
